PRISMA Lab comment to the article:
It is worth remarking that the final aim of the project is not to replace the job of pizza chefs, as instead it might be understandable from the article. In order to employ robots within relevant aspects of everyday life, it is necessary to study complex dynamic manipulation actions like the ones behind the pizza-making task. This is necessary to give to the robots the necessary dexterous manipulation skills.

Si vuole sottolineare che l'intento non è tanto quello di rimpiazzare il pizzaiolo, come potrebbe apparire dal titolo dell'articolo, ma piuttosto studiare le complesse dinamiche di manipolazione di questo compito per conferire al robot una destrezza simile a quella umana per futuri compiti socialmente rilevanti.
